Local Pickup Policy

Effective immediately, all local pick-up orders must be collected within the following timeframes:
  1.  Two-Week Hold Period: Local orders not picked up within 14 calendar days from the date of fulfillment will be returned to our warehouse. After this period, customers must coordinate with a staff member to schedule a new pick-up time.
  2.  Four-Week Abandonment Period: If the order remains uncollected after 28 calendar days from the date of fulfillment, the order will be considered abandoned. The Gundam Place Store LLC reserves the right to return the item(s) to store inventory for resale. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

By placing a local pick-up order, customers acknowledge and accept this policy.
