Caution to all customers:

Please check the contents of the kit, including all runners, immediately upon receiving it. If any parts are missing, notify us before starting the build and ensure you take pictures of all unused runners. We do not accept claims for kits that are partially built, even if you do not plan to build it right away.

This process allows us to arrange replacement parts if any are missing. Please note: If more than 30 days have passed, we will be unable to provide replacement parts, returns, or refunds.
