My goodness… this kit is GOOD.
This is my first non-Bandai model kit that I’ve built, and I have no complaints about anything that wasn’t a builder’s error (make sure the chest light piece covering isn’t cut too short. It could get a little loose if you snip it to the round edges like I did. I had to disassemble everything, which wasn’t too bad, but found the red piece the cockpit cover slides into can get nearly snapped in half if you take it off too hard).
The majority of the kit is under-gated, so you won’t get any stress blemishes when you’re done. Compared to a fully constructed Narrative Gundam I built (which has visible stress marks here-and-there), this kit looks flawless.
I’ve only completed the main body, and even without the extra accessories, this kit is magnificent! I feel bad that the gray pieces won’t be used, but if there’s a sale on this in the future, maybe I’ll get it again.
