Standing over 6 inches tall after complete, Mutsumi is made on a machinika designed by Masaki Apsy and includes armor and weapons designed specifically for this addition to the Megami Device line. This version of Mutsumi is decked out in her Star-4 costume from the game and includes her sniper rifle and hammer.
