Appeared as the latest weapon of the joint forces in the OVA "Macross Zero" play, reproducing the Battroid form of VF-0 that was active.

The head is a selection formula of S type and A type. There are three molding colors: white, gray, and clear. Except for some parts such as clear parts, it is designed to be assembled almost without adhesive.

Each joint is movable using a polycap. The VF-0 is much larger than the VF-1, so the strength of the joints is maintained with larger poly parts.

The main wing can be deployed left and right. The wrist uses movable fingers. The leg fast pack, which was used as standard equipment in the play, is optional. Armed with a gun pod.
